About Grape Crab Apple Jelly

Grape crab apple jelly is a wonderful pairing with the sweetness of our Concord grapes and tanginess of the crab apples. I like to think of it as grape jelly with a kick. So often overlooked because of its name, crab apples are easily one of my favorite flavors on its own or paired with other fruits. We are lucky to have many mature crab apple trees that provide fruit so sweet we eat them right off the tree.

Ingredients: AJHC Concord grapes and ripe crab apples, organic cane sugar, Pamona’s Pectin
